At Te Whare Puna Ora, we welcome referrals from anyone who believes our services can support individuals on their journey. We are here to help and guide you through the process, ensuring everyone receives the care they need.
Who can refer?
Anyone can make a referral to Te Whare Puna Ora. We accept referrals from individuals, whānau, community organisations, and other support services. Our goal is to ensure access to our Te Ao Māori based support for Wahine, Tane, and Rangatahi, particularly those experiencing trauma and addiction.
First steps for making a referral

What to expect after a referral
Once we receive your referral, our dedicated team will review the information provided.
We understand the urgency of support, and you can expect to hear back from us within 24 hours.
Our process includes a case-by-case acceptance to ensure we can provide the most appropriate and effective support for the individual.
