As a Tohunga, I carry ancestral knowledge of whakapapa, whenua, and rongoā, acting as a guide and vessel rather than one who holds power. Grounded in kaitiakitanga and tikanga, I work with karakia, native plant remedies, mirimiri (traditional body work), and divination to read signs and restore balance where disconnection, distress, or illness have taken hold. All I do is drawn from the wisdom of those who walked before me, honouring the spiritual and natural bonds that sustain us.
Walking alongside morehu, I recognise their pain often comes from historical trauma, loss, and cultural disconnection — so healing must be spiritual, cultural, emotional, mental, and physical. I hold safe space, help them reconnect to their identity, whakapapa and whenua, and walk with them as a companion to empower their own restoration. In doing so, I strengthen individual wellbeing and help keep our traditions alive for whānau and generations to come.
Kia Ora,
Ko Tasha Nepia ahau. Nga mihi tatou.
